How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery. Be sure to add our email address, hello@clean-tech.co to your contact list to prevent email notifications to go to your spam.

How can I update my order?
We try our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. Changes and/or updates to orders need to be submitted before the order is shipped. Please email us at hello@clean-tech.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to process your request.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you notice any problems or defects with the product when you receive it, we are happy to exchange or return it for no additional cost. Reach out to hello@clean-tech.co for more information on replacements and returns for defective merchandise.

How do I cancel my order?
If you placed an order by mistake or for any reason you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@clean-tech.co and we’ll do our best to process your request. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.

What methods of payments do you accept
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and Diners Club Int.  

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What do I do if my payment transaction failed?

When a payment is declined, our system will retry to process the payment again. If it fails to process again, we recommend you to contact your cardholder to inquire of any issues with your account.
