Is there a product warranty?
Clean-tech will offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty for any defects through our RMA process. We will be providing technical support through email and web chat once we enter final fulfillment.

When do I receive my refund?
Our payment processor will submit the refund to your bank immediately, but depending on the bank processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
In some cases, the refund may be processed as a reversal, meaning the original payment will simply disappear from your account statement and the balance will reflect as though the charge never occurred.
If you don't see the refund after ten business days, and you are still seeing the original charge on your bank statement, please reach out to your bank for more information. If there is further difficulty, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund including shipping charges. If you purchased your Clean-tech Air Purifier through an authorized retailer, please return it to the retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with its policies. You may return any physical product purchased on in accordance with the terms below:

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
  • A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please email
  • You must ship the Product from a location inside the country where the Product was originally purchased.
  • You must return the product to Clean-tech in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
  • Purchases from for use in healthcare or medical facilities are nonrefundable.  The return policy described above shall not apply to such purchases.

What if I do not have the original shipping carton?
