When will my order ship?
All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. As soon as the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Saturday and Sunday are not business days. The shipping window will begin on the following Monday for all orders placed over the weekend.
What are the shipping options?
We offer free shipping within the US. Replaceable HEPA Filter is now available for shipping worldwide, an additional $25 fee will apply.
How long will the delivery take?
Typically, your package should reach you within 3-5 business days from the day the order is shipped.
Your package should reach you within 14 business days from the day the order is shipped. You'll recieve an email notification should there be an unexpected delay on your shipment delivery.
Note: Carriers are operating with an expected delay due to COVID-19. Certain locations, especially larger cities, are experiencing additional delays due to labor shortages. What if my order is marked delivered but is nowhere to be found?
After a package has been marked as Delivered and the package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure FedEx will not make another attempt for delivery.
If your order has been marked as Delivered and is nowhere to be found, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Cleantech is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping address provided, but please attempt to intercept the package with FedEx by visiting www.fedex.com or email email@example.com as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error.
